Payment & Booking Policy

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. International guests should note that currency conversion fees may apply through their own bank or provider.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation 7 or more days before your booking: 75% refund (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before: no refund.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing (email or WhatsApp).

No-Shows

  •  Guests who do not arrive for their booking without prior notice will not be eligible for refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • An administration fee may apply.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen (e.g., severe weather, medical situations, transport issues). In such cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide credit/refund at our discretion.

Additional Notes

  • Group, corporate, and bespoke event packages may carry separate payment schedules and cancellation terms (outlined in your agreement).
    For workshops, retreats, or speaking engagements, please refer to your event-specific documentation.
